MINO ART SPACE

MINO LAB – Final Presentation brings together the outcomes of the third edition of MINO LAB residency (2025-2026), developed at MINO in Antwerp.

Conceived as a shared exhibition, the presentation will offer insight into how artistic practices evolve through time, dialogue, and sustained attention. The project presents works by six participating residents—Fareed Aziz, Erlisa Çerkini, Arshvir Singh Dhillon, Kadia Doumbouya, Charis Way-Way, and Rabten Tenzin—developed through collective labs, individual research, and moments of shared reflection. Foregrounding process, experimentation, and situated forms of knowledge, the exhibition allows unfinished gestures, material investigations, and newly emerging works to coexist. Rather than proposing a single thematic framework, it embraces plurality, offering visitors a constellation of practices shaped by different positions, questions, and ways of working.

Presented during Antwerp Art Weekend 2026, this final moment of the MINO LAB residency opens the process to the public, inviting visitors to engage closely with artistic practices as they are articulated in space, conversation, and physical form.

Founded in 2021, MINO is an independent art and community space in Antwerp that centers the visions of emerging artists and creatives. Originally in Antwerp Noord, we moved to the city center in September 2025.

We support underrepresented emerging artists through safe spaces, mentorship, and tailored programs that nurture artistic vision and personal leadership. At MINO, the creative journey is as important as the final work, with collaboration, experimentation, and learning at the heart of everything we do.

More than a space, MINO is a movement: we challenge conventional structures, amplify diverse voices, and build an inclusive cultural ecosystem where artists can thrive and make an impact.
