Behind the Curtain

Club Zee and FAAR are bringing new life to the former Seamen’s Club, transforming it into a space for contemporary artistic practice. The building, once conceived as a place for temporary residents to moor for the night, transforms into an inspiring historical context for exhibitions and artistic exploration. Within this setting, the former meeting rooms of the Seamen’s Club host Behind the Curtain, a duo exhibition by Ged Proost and Alexandra Pușcaș, in which the artists create a dialogue between their works. As one of the first exhibitions to take place in the space, it sets the tone for its new role. Following this show, Club Zee and FAAR will continue to develop and curate the building for future exhibitions and events.
