Terms of sale
All orders must be placed via email. Please state what you would like to order, and we will confirm availability and draft your invoice. Please allow a few working days for us to process your order.
Payments must be completed in full before any order is processed. You will be invoiced for your order, payment through bank tranfer.
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and paid. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Shipping details, including delivery times and costs, will be provided upon order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping once the product has been dispatched.
